If you’re looking for the official instructions, then Godspeed to you. I have yet to find anyone who knows much of anything about Frontsteps. I did however figure out how to make it usable, such as it is.

• Use InPrivate or Incognito mode.
  • In your web browser, click on the menu icon (normally near the top-right of the window) and choose “New InPrivate” or “New Incognito”. Your browser may call it something different. This step will help keep Frontsteps from getting confused so easily.

• Use TWO (2) different email addresses
  • After dozens of failed attempts, I finally had Breeze send my lagoon invitation to a different email address than my existing HOA account. Then I was finally able to create my account.

• Go to the correct URL
  • The HOA account is at https://southshorebay.frontsteps.com
  • The lagoon account is at https://southshorebayclub.frontsteps.com
  • Remember to use two different email addresses
